I am Silvano Marcazzan, a blacksmith specialized in building carpentry.
In 2003 I started my activity by creating all the carpentry related to the house and specializing in the construction of custom fences.
Over the years there have been several changes and evolutions that have accompanied and guided us towards the use of new sheets with flatter lines (FLAT) that provide both beauty and privacy.
As a blacksmith I immediately came across some problems in making these sheets because, while before it was enough basic equipment to make the fences in total autonomy, today we need to rely on third parties for the realization of CAD drawings, for the cutting and for the eventual bending of the panels, adding also the not indifferent time expenditure in order to plan every fencing and to interface the various professionals.
These difficulties led me to the decision to make myself autonomous in the construction of these fences, first with the purchase of a plasma cutting machine, which after a few years I replaced with a last generation fiber laser cutting machine to get the maximum cutting quality and also specializing with CAD courses, also involving the staff of my company.

Improvements and Passion
The passion for this work and the desire to offer a better product has led us to create a fully customizable fence.
With this innovation, welding is reduced to a minimum, making the product aesthetically appealing and with some precautions for safety, trying to remove as much as possible the sharp edges.
With the V-FLAT® brand, we want to make our experience and our products available to professionals and builders, offering a design, customisation and construction service for tailor-made fences.
Once you have done the measurements on site, you will no longer have to worry about panels designing, drawing, cutting, folding and stands making.
You just have to send us the measurements, following our easy indications, we will take care of getting you in the laboratory all the turnkey package, ready to be assembled.
You will have the whole project, all custom-made at an extremely competitive price.
